Tenant Fees and Charges

STANDARD CHARGES

Administration Fee - New Tenancy (Inclusive of preparation of Tenancy agreement and obtaining references and the check-in.)

First Applicant £275

Each Additional Applicant (or Guarantor if applicable) £150

Administration Fee - Renewal of Tenancy £200

Check Out Fee - Inventory Company charge dependent on size and content of property.

Sell of the Property to the Tenant 2% of the Sale Price plus VAT

Deposit - Typically equivalent to six weeks' rent

End of Tenancy clean - Also determined by the size and condition of the property at the end of the tenancy

Bank ref. fee - refer to your bank as charges may vary

Stamp Duty - Due on tenancies that amount to over £125,000

All the above charges are inclusive of VAT.
